Ynystawe Primary School in association with Ffrindiau Ynystawe will be holding their Halloween Disco on Thursday 24th October during school hours.
The cost per child is £2 which includes entry to the disco and a party bag. By completing this form and making payment you are giving your consent for your child to attend the disco.

We are taking payment for tickets using the SumUp service.
So we can tell which children tickets have been bought for, please firstly fill in the form below.
